Ground will be delivered 9am-5pm on weekdays.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. In most cases, your order will be shipped the same day it is received. Bird is a small boutique and we do everything we can to keep shipping costs down. We simply don't do the volume that many larger e-commerce sites do in order to compete with their cheaper shipping prices. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Bird to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address, they are no longer covered by insurance.
DOES BIRD SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES?
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.
DOES BIRD SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been shipped. Therefore, please ensure you provide a correct shipping address.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will received an automated email with your tracking number and method of shipping. Or you can track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order status.
